3. What The Recipient Will Receive
Recurring operational SMS alignment check-ins similar to the example below. The messages are service messages, not marketing.
Wolf's Edge Integrators: Reply with one number from 1 to 10 for how aligned you feel about Jane Smith as Integrator for Acme Co right now. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Replying STOP opts the recipient out. Replying HELP returns support contact information.

The Wolf's Edge Integrators representative records the recipient's name, mobile number, opt-in status, the source of consent (written form, recipient email, or documented verbal authorization), and the date of consent in the Number Two Leadership System. SMS sending is gated server-side and refuses to send unless the contact is marked opted in.
5. Equivalent Email And Verbal Capture
When consent is captured by direct email from the recipient's own email address, the recipient is sent the exact disclosure above and must reply affirmatively (for example, “I agree.”) from that email address. The reply is archived as the consent record in place of a signature.
When consent is captured by documented direct verbal authorization, the disclosure above is read aloud to the recipient on a recorded or logged onboarding call. The recipient's affirmative verbal agreement, the recording or call log reference, the consent source, and the consent date are recorded in place of a signature.
