Important Notice on Data Review
Your company name, personal name, email address, and username are anonymized (pseudonymized) for Managers of the Number Two Leadership System to protect your privacy while allowing aggregate insights. Only members of your organization or parent organization can review the information you submit.
Number 1 Leader SMS Check-Ins
This version includes optional Number 1 Leader SMS alignment check-ins. SMS messages require a separate direct opt-in from the Number 1 Leader before any mobile number is used. If your organization provides or confirms a Number 1 Leader mobile number for these check-ins, you represent that the Number 1 Leader has directly consented to receive recurring alignment texts from Wolf's Edge Integrators and understands that message and data rates may apply, messages are expected about every other week, and they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
The Number Two Leadership System is a software service for capturing BSS and ISS submissions, analyzing trends, and supporting leadership reporting and operational follow-through.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and using the service only for authorized business purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt to access data outside your authorized scope.
You remain responsible for the content you submit, including leadership assessments, comments, uploaded materials, and any contact information you provide.
You retain ownership of your submitted business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, transmit, and display that data in order to operate and improve the service.
We may use anonymized or pseudonymized platform-wide data for analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, service quality monitoring, and aggregated reporting.
The service may send transactional communications related to account access, submissions, reminders, reporting, invitations, and administrative workflows.
You agree that these operational messages are part of the service and are not marketing communications.
If your organization provides or confirms a mobile number for a Number 1 Leader, Owner, or Visionary, that role is treated as the same Number 1 Leader contact for purposes of the service. SMS alignment check-ins require a separate direct opt-in from that Number 1 Leader before any messages are sent to that mobile number.
By providing or confirming a Number 1 Leader mobile number for SMS alignment check-ins, you represent that the Number 1 Leader has directly consented to receive recurring SMS alignment check-ins from Wolf's Edge Integrators at that number.
The SMS program is Wolf's Edge Integrators Number 1 Leader SMS Alignment Check-Ins. Those optional check-ins may ask the Number 1 Leader to reply with one number from 1 to 10 indicating how aligned they feel with their Integrator or Number 2 Leader.
Message frequency is expected to be about every other week. Message and data rates may apply. The Number 1 Leader can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For support, contact sales@wolfsedgeintegrators.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for keeping Number 1 Leader contact information and SMS consent records accurate and for promptly notifying us if a Number 1 Leader withdraws consent, changes numbers, or should no longer receive alignment check-ins.
The software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and related content provided by the service remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every business purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create material risk to the service or other users.
Provisions that reasonably should survive termination, including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
We may update these terms from time to time. When a material update is made, we may require renewed acceptance before continued dashboard access.
Your continued use after an updated acceptance flow means you agree to the revised terms.
