Number 1 Leader SMS Check-Ins
This version includes optional Number 1 Leader SMS alignment check-ins. SMS messages require a separate direct opt-in from the Number 1 Leader before any mobile number is used. If your organization provides or confirms a Number 1 Leader mobile number for these check-ins, you represent that the Number 1 Leader has directly consented to receive recurring alignment texts from Wolf's Edge Integrators and understands that message and data rates may apply, messages are expected about every other week, and they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We collect account details, organization and role relationships, assessment submissions, ROI inputs, usage metadata, operational logs, invitation and access-request records, and communications needed to run the service.
We use this information to authenticate users, authorize access, operate dashboards and reports, send reminders and acknowledgements, improve the product, maintain security, and support customers.
For platform-level analysis, we pseudonymize company names and personal identifiers unless the data belongs to Wolfs Edge Integrators or its connected umbrella or child organizations.
Pseudonymization is intended to preserve trends, scores, industries, ROI calculations, periods, and aggregate insight value while reducing unnecessary exposure of personal or company identity.
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and AI or reporting integrations that support product functionality.
If SMS alignment check-ins are enabled for your organization, we may share the Number 1 Leader mobile number, consent status, opt-out status, delivery metadata, and message content with SMS delivery and compliance providers solely to send, receive, route, audit, and manage those messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
When enabled, we may collect and process Number 1 Leader mobile numbers, SMS consent status, consent source, consent date, opt-out status, message delivery events, inbound replies, and the 1-10 alignment score submitted by SMS.
We use this information to operate the optional alignment check-in workflow, include valid replies in weekly ISS-related measurables, troubleshoot delivery issues, honor STOP and HELP requests, maintain audit records, and comply with SMS provider and carrier requirements.
SMS consent is separate from general acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Consent may be recorded through the application, an onboarding process, an agreement, an email confirmation, a web form, a documented call, or another auditable source. A Number 1 Leader who opts out will not receive further recurring SMS alignment check-ins unless they later opt back in.
We retain personal and business data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records.
Retention periods may vary based on account status, customer instructions, system backups, audit requirements, and legal obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
No system is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data where applicable, subject to legal, contractual, and operational limitations.
Because this is a business platform, some data may need to remain available to authorized company managers or system administrators for continuity, audit history, or legitimate operational purposes.
Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including by service providers that help us operate the platform.
Where required, we use appropriate contractual or operational safeguards for those transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements.
When changes are material, we may present an updated clickwrap and require renewed acceptance before continued dashboard access.
